Nov/2010 – Present, INTERTEK GLOBAL (QATARGAS) – Doha, Qatar.                                                                                       SENIOR CONSULTANT – Business Management and Support Supporting Project business activities from FEED through to completions, such as the development of business contracts, business process manpower resourcing. Supporting document control and the stewardship handover process. Provided expert guidance in the development and implementation of the Corporate Quality program, and authored the Company Quality and Safety policies, manuals, and various processes. Effectively mapped business processes and developed several improvement models to senior management for consideration. Managed audit and pre-audit programs and the acquisition/retention of ISO certifications across engineering and construction programs. Performed technical writing and authoring on numerous policies, procedures and work instructions for business and operation both onshore and offshore.
