Topic An Arc Flash Guide for Safety and Risk Mitigation

Every Day 5-10 Americans are injured from working near electrical equipment.  Preventive measures are not only required for OSHA compliance but are vital to the health of our workers.  When risk assessments are implemented and we are standardizing them across all facilities, you have the data at your fingertips to ensure you have the right process, the right tools and the right person for the task.  Bowtie Engineering, an electrical safety engineering consulting firm, will introduce the Why and the How with regards to Electrical Safety.  Those in attendance will see and hear a real world explanation of the electrical safety risk and the tools necessary for not only risk of injury but also compliance from the Federal Government.

Speaker Jon Welch of Bowtie Engineering
